Analytics

AI Studio: Job at Risk uses TelemetryDeck GmbH (Germany) to understand usage and improve the game. It receives automatic session activity, a pseudonymous identifier, and app and device information, including app version, device model, operating system, language, and region.

Advertising

AI Studio uses Google Mobile Ads for rewarded and interstitial ads. Google may process your IP address, which can indicate general location, device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Google’s consent tool displays a consent message and a Privacy options control in Settings when required. Use these controls to manage your ad choices.

Apple Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, it provides a player identifier that the game stores with your best delivered-project score locally until app removal. The game submits that score to Apple’s leaderboard. Apple may show your nickname, avatar, and score to other Game Center users. See Apple’s Game Center privacy notice.

This website

The website host receives your IP address, requested page, and browser information to deliver the site. It may keep request logs under its practices. Your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Fontlay when it loads the site’s fonts.

If you email me, Gmail processes your email address and message so I can respond.

Where the GDPR applies, requested game features are based on Article 6(1)(b), website delivery and email replies on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), and rights requests on legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) where applicable. Where analytics involves personal data, Article 6(1)(f) applies to the interest in understanding usage and improving the game. Advertising that requires consent is based on Article 6(1)(a).

I keep email only as needed to reply and follow up. TelemetryDeck reports no fixed deletion schedule for archived analytics events. Google, Apple, Fontlay, Gmail, and the website host set retention for data they process under their own policies.

International processing

TelemetryDeck reports that its analytics servers are hosted in the European Union. Google and Apple may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google relies on adequacy decisions, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses where required. Apple uses standard contractual clauses for EEA transfers. See Google’s transfer information and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing; and complain to a supervisory authority. Contact me about data I control, and contact the providers above about their processing.
